Service

Giant Service Department

If you want to enjoy your ride, having the right bike is just the first step.  Bikes need regular love and attention to keep them at their best.  A well-maintained and well-adjusted bike is one of the keys to staying in the saddle for life.

Our service staff are dedicated to keeping your bike in top working order.  Bicycle mechanics is not just an art and a science, but also a passion. Regardless of your cycling discipline, we're here to help you make the most of your rides.

Our comprehensive tuneup prices include many of the possible incidentals that can occur during a repair, so there is less guesswork for you, the customer.  We inspect your bike upon booking it in, which allows us to give you the heads up on what it's going to take to get you rolling in style again.

Repairs work is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with the exception of flat repairs which can be done same-day or while you wait.  When you drop off your bike we will let you know when it will be available for pickup.

Bikes purchased at Giant Edmonton have free service for the 2 years!  All your tuneups are free during the 2 years, and we only charge you for anything that has been broken or worn out.  Checkups are fast-tracked through the queue regardless of the volume of work we have booked in.  Most of these jobs have a maximum wait time of 3 working days.  Additionally, bikes purchased from us are eligible for a reduced price tuneup.  It's our way of thanking you for your support.  You'll get the same great service for less, for as long as you own your bike!

If you have any questions about our service, please feel free to give us a call!  We look forward to helping you!
